Here are some of the “Interview Highlights”
- The Beit Hillel Theater was created 32 years ago to attract students on their GAP year to be active at the Hillel at Hebrew University. Eventually it evolved into a place where American students and Israeli students work together and its become a community event.
- For 32 years Beit Hillel has produced a musical show in English for Hanukkah.
- The Beit Hillel Theater has created amazing shows such as Joseph and the Technicolor Coat, Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserable, etc.
- This year’s show Cinderella The Musical – is the first time this play has appeared in Israel!
- This version of Cinderella will be very enjoyable even for adults because they are using the Rodgers and Hammerstein 2013 Broadway version of it.
- All plays are in English.
- Actors are locals of all ages from a wide variety of backgrounds – not just students.
- Show takes place at Hillel Theater Mount Scopus Campus.
- Cinderella runs from December 12-December 20.
- Adults and children of all ages will enjoy the show!!
- Great event for grandparents to take grandchildren.
