The Museum of Italian Jewish Art is a small museum in the center of town, which consists of a reconstruction of the Conegliano Veneto Synagogue and exhibits of Italian Jewish Art. The synagogue interior arrived in Israel in 1951, and the full reconstruction was completed in 1989. The Synagogue is still used today for Shabbat services. The Museum contains 4 rooms of exhibits including tapestries, chanukkiot, furniture, silver and art work.
The Museum is appropriate for older children and can be a nice cultural activity to do when you are in town.
