A special workshop for creating textile wall hangings for the Sukkah (of course, great for your home as well).
You’ll learn about Cyanotype, one of the oldest photographic techniques in which we create beautiful blue prints using the sun. After experimenting a bit with the technique, each participant will create their own textile piece by combining plants, drawings on transparencies, photo negatives or many other materials and objects supplied at the workshop.
Participants are welcome to bring plants or flat objects with them if they wish to incorporate them into their work but this is, of course, optional.
