Runners from 80 countries will compete in the race that offers an exciting and unforgettable experience in the capital city of Israel.
The marathon routes, among the most beautiful and scenic of their kind in the world, pass by historical sites that shed light on the city’s 3,000-year history.
Along the routes are the Knesset, Machane Yehuda Market, Mount Scopus, the Old City, the Tower of David, and the Armon HaNatziv Promenade, among others.
Full Marathon – 42.2km
Starting Line (near the Knesset) – Sacher Park – Ammunition Hill – Mount Scopus – (Hebrew University campus) – the Sultan’s Pool – Jerusalem Cinematheque – German Colony – Armon HaNatziv neighborhood – Baka neighborhood – the President’s Residence – Greek Orthodox Monastery in the Valley of the Cross – Sacher Park (Finish Line)
Starting Line: Intersection between the Knesset and the Israel Museum (HaMagbit Square on Ruppin Rd.), heading northwest
Finish Line: Southern part of Sacher Park, via the Valley of the Cross and the tunnel at the entrance to the city

Community Race – 800m
This race is aimed at raising social awareness by bringing together families – both adults and chilren – with members of social organizations that are partners of the Jerusalem Winner Marathon. A record number of about 5,000 participants have made it the largest social-oriented race in Israel. *There is no fee for participating in the race.

Come out and cheer on the runners at the Jerusalem marathon. The vibe in Jerusalem is amazing on the day of the marathon. Whether you run competitively or just for fun or prefer to be a spectator there is something for everyone.
