This year before Pesach come and visit the Hollander Distillery for a special behind the scenes tour of this family run distillery. Learn how the liquor, schnaps and brandy is made. Follow the process through from fresh fruit to fruit liquor.
The factory is in Moshav Beit Meir in the Jerusalem Hills.

Tours are one hour long and open to families but tastings are for adults only.
