The Herzl Museum invites you to come and meet historical figures in Israel’s history. Learn about Zionism and the early years of the State as you follow the characters around Har Herzl. Museum audios are available in eight languages.
Museum Tour – A spectacular audio visual presentation
Learn about the extra-ordinary life story of the State of Israel and connect to Herzl’s great vision and his dream for us all.
“Altneuland” – NEW EXHIBITION
Celebrating the 120th anniversary since the publication of Herzl’s utopian novel, for the first time ever you can view of the original manuscript of his work in Herzl’s study where it was actually written. The tour brings together Herzl’s vision for the Jewish state, as set out in his book, together with the new exhibition which celebrates the wonders of modern-day Israel.

A fascinating tour that takes you on a journey with Herzl and the leaders of Zionism who dedicated their lives to the State.

Family Package 1
Zionist Riddles Complex From 4pm, every 30 mins
Decipher the secrets of the first Zionist Congress in Basel. This is perfect for children who can read and love historical riddles, enjoy finding clues and the challenge of solving riddles. (Recommended aged 8+)
“The Man & The Legend”, 5pm in the air-conditioned Jerusalem Hall
A new children’s show which tells the story of the State Contract. (For all the family)
Zionist Craft Corner in the Sukka
Meet some of the leading Zionist figures, including of course, Herzl himself. Color in, and get to know the characters. (Recommended aged 4+ accompanied by parents)
Sitting on the Balcony 10am
Herzl and the Zionist movement as reflected in the “Shana Tova” cards.
Time camera 10am
Dress up, take a photo on a green screen and receive a family video as a souvenir and a magnet as a gift.
Family Package 2

Family Package 3
Theatrical Tour, Im Tirtzu
A unique, funny and interesting theatrical tour, during which we will meet with Herzl, the Jewish spies in Sinai and Golda’s kitchen. Age 9+
