Chef Moshe Basson is internationally renowned as “Israel’s Biblical Chef.” He searches the Bible and the local countryside for clues to traditional dishes, which he re-creates. Together with his son Ronny Basson, he runs the celebrated Eucalyptus restaurant in the Artist’s Colony in Jerusalem.
