Art of The Ark Exhibition

The Biblical Natural History Museum invites you to a special event in honor of Parshat Noah, an exhibition and presentation on “The Art of the Ark,” with Museum Director, Rabbi Dr. Natan Slifkin.

The exhibit includes 30 paintings recently donated by Karen and Chayim Stern, along with the museum’s collection of over 100 artistic representations of Noah’s Arks from around the world.

What started as a simple drawing has blossomed into a vibrant tapestry of memories, connections, and inspiration. Karen & Chayim hope their journey inspires others to start—or continue—their own collection, whatever that may be. After all, every piece has the potential to spark joy and tell a story.

The model exhibit (dedicated in memory of Anne Samson) is divided into several sections, exhibiting different aspects relating to art, geography, Biblical interpretation, and conservation.
